This webserver uses the lighttpd daemon and is installed on a Raspberry Pi 3 located in Eynatten, Belgium. Raspberry Pi computers are energy-efficient and ideal for small-scale web hosting projects. This particular device is connected to the internet via WiFi.
This picture shows my setup with three Raspberry PIs in a F-Tronic distribution box (Home Assistant, VPN and Web Server). Not visible is the APC UPS, which in the event of a power failure can take over the power supply for about 60 minutes. Since the internet router is also protected by a UPS, the internet connection remains uninterrupted.
